We arrived here from Ocala, just a two hour drive and the campground was almost full. We grabbed one of the primitive sites. The campground is on a little lake—not sure how it got it’s nane. The GPS got us on the wrong track this morning so had to circle back and got the scoop from a forest service employee. At this site there is no restriction on RVs using the primitive sites, which have no electrical hookup so our nearest neighbor is running an obnoxious sounding generator. It’s alresdy eight, so hopefully they’ll shot it down soon. We had a nice hike on the Florida Trail this afternoon and found loads of Smilax, which is becoming a dinner staple. The Spiderwort we had last night got a thumbs down, so will not be repeating it.
